at333 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and at333 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the at333 online casino, sports betting sportsbook, and all associated services available at at333.pro. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location within Bangladesh and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to your use of the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have registered. at333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account and use any service on at333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which you maintain an account on the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. at333 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any part of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person accessing the Platform in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one active account on at333. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus winnings may be voided.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of at333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

at333 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

at333 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT. All deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through Bangladeshi mobile financial services and card payment networks including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. at333 reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and age in accordance with at333's KYC policy. at333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification. at333 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts other than those registered to and verified against your at333 account.

• All funds deposited into your at333 account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. at333 does not accept third-party deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day.
• at333 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by the Player's chosen mobile financial service provider or card issuer, including any bKash, Nagad, or Rocket system outages.
• Deposits made in error (for example, depositing to the wrong account or depositing an unintended amount) may not be reversible. Players are advised to review all deposit details carefully before confirming any transaction.

at333 employs fraud detection measures across all financial transactions. Where fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system is suspected, at333 reserves the right to suspend account access, freeze funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on at333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities. at333 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct across all Platform activities.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the Platform, place bets, or otherwise interact with any game or service in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Registering more than one account on at333, whether under your own name, a family member's name, a fictitious name, or any other identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures to the detriment of at333 or other players.
• Using at333 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. at333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

at333's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players who believe a finding of prohibited conduct has been made in error may contact at333 support to request a review, providing all relevant supporting information. at333 will consider such requests but is not obliged to reverse any enforcement decision.

at333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, at333 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with a Player's account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account via the support email in the footer.

at333 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, or non-compliance with KYC requirements. Where an account is terminated for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the specific circumstances of the termination. These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws applicable to at333's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
